ANGOLA, Ind. – The Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League has announced its 2026 All Academic team. To be selected to the team, a student-athlete must have a GPA of 3.3 or higher and earn a varsity letter. The Trine University men's volleyball team earned 10 selections to the team.
 
Chase Emberton (Chemical Engineering), Dalton Lutes (Civil Engineering), Seth McDonald (Exercise Science), John Mikrut (Civil Engineering), Zach Mikrut (Biomedical Engineering), Mehm Mon (Business Administration), Gage Petrock (Design Engineering Technology), Austin Pflunger (Mechanical Engineering), Evan Prinssen (Mechanical Engineering), and Luke Trotter (Forensic Science and Chemistry) all earned the award for the Thunder.
 
Trine captured its first ever MCVL Regular Season Championship last season.
