ANGOLA, Ind. – The Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League has announced Dalton Lutes as its MCVL Defensive Player of the Week. This is Lutes' first career honor and the seventh by a Thunder men's volleyball player this season.
 
Lutes had 16 digs in Trine's four set win over Calvin University on Wednesday evening. The Thunder held the Knights to a .181 hitting mark to claim a share of the MCVL Regular Season Championship. Lutes ranks second in the MCVL in digs and digs per set.
 
The Thunder are set to begin the MCVL Tournament on Friday, April 10 against Calvin University at 4 p.m.
