ANGOLA, IND. – The Trine University women's tennis team was defeated in their first conference match of the season by the score of 8-1.

The lone Thunder win came in the No. 3 singles match where senior Kinnsey Pass came away with a win 6-2, 6-2. Both sophomore Kyra Braun and senior Zoe Laubach forced super tiebreakers, but were ultimately defeated.

Trine will look to bounce back from the loss when they travel to take on Adrian College on Monday, April 2. The match is set to start at 4 p.m.
