GRANGER, Ind. -- The Trine women's tennis team was defeated 9-0 by Bethel in a non-conference match Thursday afternoon.

Kinnsey Pass (Lafayette, Ind. / Jefferson) gave the Thunder its most competitive performer in singles play. After dropping the first set, Pass gave her opponent a tough challenge in the second set before falling 7-5.

Trine fell to 1-3 overall. The Pilots improved to 4-3 on the season.

The Thunder wrap up the fall season Saturday, Sep. 17 when the Thunder host Ohio Northern at 10 a.m.
