FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has announced the results of the Men's Outdoor Track and Field Coaches' Poll. The Trine University men's track and field team was picked third in the poll.
Trine's third place selection comes after their third place finish at the Indoor MIAA Championships. Calvin University is picked as the unanimous favorite with 49 points and seven first place votes. Calvin's first place vote went to Hope College who was picked second in the poll with 43 points.
Trine earned 37 points in the rankings. Albion and Adrian Colleges rounded out the top five with The University of Olivet, Kalamazoo College, and Alma College rounding out the poll.
Senior All-American
Braden Estep will look to lead the Thunder to their sixth consecutive outdoor MIAA title on April 30 and May 1 at Hope College.
