ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University women's lacrosse team has announced their 2026 schedule. The Thunder's slate of 15 games includes eight non-conference games and seven Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association games. Eight opponents will travel to Shive Field.
 
Trine opens their season on February 21 at Madonna (Mich.) the home opener is February 26 against Bethel (Ind.). The pair of games against NAIA opponents leads to Trine's first Division III opponent, Hiram. Trine travels to take on the first-year Terriers on March 7. A three-game home stand follows on March 15, 18, and 21 when the Thunder host Wisconsin-Stout, Ohio Northern, and Wittenberg. The Thunder close the non-conference slate on the road at Spalding (Ky.) and Transylvania on March 28 and 29.
 
The quest for a third straight MIAA Championship Game appearance begins on April 1 when Trine will try to fool the Albion Britons. April 4 sees Calvin come to the Monument City on April 4. The first two road contests of the MIAA slate come on April 7 and 11 when the Thunder travel to Alma and Adrian. Kalamazoo and Hope will close out the home portion of the schedule on April 15 and 18. The Thunder wrap up the regular season on April 21 at Saint Mary's.
