ALBION, Mich. – Sophomore
Natalie Kulka shot a 77 and earned medalist honors to lead the Trine University Women's Golf team to the team crown at the Cascades clash this afternoon.
The Thunder claimed the top four individual spots with reigning MIAA Golfer of the Week
Rylee Smith finishing second with a 78, while Freshman
Kayleigh Agugliaro was third with a round of 81 and Senior
Grace Dubec shot an 82 to claim fourth. The foursome combined for 318 strokes to win the match by 36 strokes over second place Lourdes University with 356 strokes. Siena Heights was third with 357 strokes and the second Trine team was fourth with 358 strokes, led by Freshman
Brooke Anderson who carded an 85.
The Thunder return to the course Friday and Saturday September 6
th and 7
th for the Kyle Campbell Invitational hosted by the University of Olivet at The Medalist Golf Club.
