TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The #30 Trine University Women's Cross Country team placed 28
th at today's NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships. This was Trine's second team appearance at the NCAA Championships, the first came in 2021 where they also placed 28
th.

Trine was led by
Sidney Swick who placed 70
th with a time of 22:09.1, and scored 55 points.

Bailey Puckett crossed second for the Thunder in 80
th place, scoring 62 points. She finished in 22:13.5.

Chloe Goodrich finished in 23:00.5 and scored 148 points.
Â
Eleanor Young finished close behind in a time of 23:12.7, and scored 160 points.

Courtney Study was the Thunder's final scorer, clocking 23:36.6 and scoring 188 points.

Hannah Parker and
Halle Overmire also competed for Trine. Parker finished in 23:42.9 and Overmire crossed the line in 24:14.1.

Trine finished with an average team time of 22:50.5 and a spread of 1:27.5.

This concludes the 2024 season for the women's cross country team.
