NORMAN, Okla. – The 2025-26 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for NCAA Division III have been announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) with three Trine University golfers recognized.

Senior Carter Schnipke headlines the group with his third selection to the award while sophomores Jack Besner and Jake Bilby earned their first appearance this season.

To be eligible for Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically in NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving their associate's degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in the NJCAA. In addition, they must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 79.0 in NCAA Division III, and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their college or university.

Schnipke finished the 2025-26 season with a 73.6 adjusted scoring average over his 21 rounds. The Ottoville, Ohio native was ranked 41^st in the region and 188^th in the nation. He finished in the top-three at three different tournaments.

Besner finished the year with a 74.6 adjusted scoring average. The Whiteland, Indiana native was ranked 68^th in the region and 299^th overall. He was the medalist at MIAA Jamboree 4, hosted by Calvin University.

 Bilby finished the season with an adjusted scoring average of 75.0 stroke. The Albany, Indiana native was ranked 76^th in the region and 352^nd in the nation. He was a medalist at the A.C. Eddy Spring Invitational and finished second at the Hope College Bob Ebels Invitational.
