UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio – The Trine University men's wrestling team finished their season at the 2026 NCAA Division III Region V Championships. Kaden Golder paced the team at the event.

Golder finished eighth at 125, the only member of the team to reach the second day of competition. He started the weekend with a tech fall victory to move to the quarterfinals of his bracket. After a loss he fell to the consolation side of things and earned a place on day two with a 6-3 decision. He lost his two matches today to finish eighth.

Tommy Miller had the second best regional on the team, competing at 141. After losing his first match of the weekend he won a pair of matches to almost earn a spot on day two. His first win was by decision and the second by forfeit. He dropped his final match of day one to bow out of the event.

Austin Crowder at 157, Gavin Malone at 184, Julante Hinton at 197 and Davin George at 285 all picked up one win during the event. Ben Edwards, Christopher Briner, Lakin Webb and Nayl Sbay rounded out the delegation for the team.
