NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The Trine University men's tennis match against Manchester University has been suspended due to rain. The Thunder hold a commanding lead in the dual. They took all three of the doubles matches and are up a set in all six of the singles contests.

The No. 1 team of Andrew Spirrison and Sammy Yin along with the No. 2 pair of Drew Hackney and Emmett Wirth each won their doubles matches in straight points, 6-0. Landon Bassett and Asher Monson needed a few more points, winning the No. 3 match 6-2.

Currently the match is scheduled to resume tomorrow, Thursday, September 4, before the start of the women's match between the same two teams. Tentatively the start time is set for 3 p.m.
