Baseball Announces 2025 Prospect and Youth Camps

ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University Baseball team has announced dates for two fall prospect camps and their annual youth camp in January. The first camp is the Senior Camp on October 19th. The High School Camp is scheduled for November 2nd and the annual Youth Camp is scheduled for January 18th.

The 2025 Senior Prospect Camp is on Sunday, October 19 at Jannen Field. In the event of inclement weather, camp will be inside the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Athletic and Recreation Center (ARC) as well as the Ketner Sports Center on campus. The camp will be run from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with registration beginning at 9 a.m. The Thunder coaching staff and players will run a defensive combine and batting practice in the morning, followed by a game in the afternoon. The cost of the camp is $90 and includes lunch.

The High School Baseball Camp will be inside the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Athletic and Recreation Center (ARC) as well as the Ketner Sports Center on campus. If weather permits, the camp will be outside on Jannen Field. The camp will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is open to students currently in grades 9-12. The Thunder coaching staff and players will conduct sessions focused on hitting, pitching and defense for high school players looking to compete at the college level. The cost of the camp is $90 and will include lunch. The High School Camp is limited to 40 campers.

The youth camp is open to students in grades 3-8 and will run on Sunday, January 19 beginning at 9 a.m. inside the Keith E. Busse/Steel Dynamics Athletic and Recreation Center (ARC). The Trine baseball coaching staff and players will conduct sessions throughout the day. Session one is focused on infield, outfield and hitting and will run from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The pitching, catching and hitting session will run from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Each session will cost $50 or you can purchase an all-day session pass for $75. Lunch will not be provided – please bring snack and water if needed. Spaces are limited to 70 on a first come, first served basis.
