ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University Men's Golf team reclaimed the Brit-Thunder Cup this afternoon at the Glendarin Hills Golf Club. Trine won the match play tournament 38-32. The teams paired off six golfers for the tournament, with the golfer recording the best score, winning the hole and scoring one point for their respective teams.
 
Trine emerged victorious in a tight battle between the Britons and the Thunder. Kyler Rod and Colin Crumrine led Trine with 8 wins each. Corbin Renihan won 7 holes, Asher Caldwell won 6, Nick Coccaro won 5 and Trevor Vietti added 4 wins to help Trine avenge last year's loss.
 
The Thunder head to Bloomington, Illinois this weekend for the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational at Ironwood Golf Course.
