LILBURN, Ga. – The Trine University women's basketball team moved to #17 in the WBCA Coaches' Poll this week. While the ranking is one spot lower than last week, no teams jumped the Thunder. A tie between Montclair State and Trine was broken in favor of the Red Hawks. The Thunder are receiving 50 votes in the D3hoops.com poll and are the first team outside of the top 25, just one vote behind #25 Calvin.   

Trine made a furious comeback late in the second half of Saturday's game at Ohio Northern. Trine erased a 42-27 lead over just 13 minutes of game time to stun the Polar Bears on a last second layup for the 50-49 win. 
 
Trine hosts Kalamazoo on Saturday in their MIAA opener at 1:00 p.m.
