SAUGATUK, Mich. –
Grace Dubec tied for medalist honors to lead the Trine University Women's Golf team to a third-place finish at the MIAA Jamboree #1. The Thunder placed two individuals in the top 5 at the tournament.
Senior
Grace Dubec continued her hot streak, after finishing second last week she moved up a spot on the leaderboard this afternoon tying Melanie Miller of St. Mary's (IN) for the top spot. Dubec notched 13 pars and one birdie to finish out her round with a three-over par 75. Freshman
Rylee Smith battled back from a rough front nine holes to claim fifth, making two of her three birdies in the last three holes. Sophomore
Natalie Kulka placed thirteenth with 82 strokes making 10 pars and one birdie. Freshman
Kayleigh Agugliaro rounded out the top four for the Thunder in 26
th place with an 87.

St. Mary's claimed the team title with 313 strokes (+25), Calvin was second with 321 strokes (+33) and the Thunder took third with 323 strokes (+35).

Trine returns to the course next Friday, September 20
th for the Midwest Region Fall Classic hosted by Benedictine University at Brighton Dale Links in Kenosha, Wisc.
