ADRIAN, Mich. -- The Trine men's tennis team was defeated by Adrian, 8-1, in MIAA action Tuesday evening at Craft Tennis Complex.

Victor Flynn (Grosse Pointe, Mich. / Grosse Pointe South) earned the lone Thunder victory in singles play. The junior earned the win by scores of 6-3, 6-4 at no. 3 singles. Flynn extended his personal winning-streak to three matches. He leads the team with 11 wins.

Trine fell to 8-8 overall and 1-3 in the MIAA. Adrian improved to 11-6 overall, 3-1 in conference matches.

The Thunder return to action Friday, Apr. 14 when the team hosts Alma at 2 p.m.
