ANGOLA, Ind. – The Trine University softball team has announced that they will host a Fall Clinic on Saturday, September 12 open to eighth through 12th graders.
The clinic offers attendees a unique opportunity to work with one of the best NCAA Division III Softball programs in the country led by a two-time NFCA Coaching Staff of the Year. The Thunder have reached four of the last five NCAA Division III Softball Championship Series, capturing two national championships.
The clinic is set to include three different sessions focused on pitching, defense and hitting. The pitching portion of the day, which will have a limit of 12 attendees, is scheduled to start at 9 a.m. The defensive session is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. with hitting following at 2 p.m. The latter sessions will be limited to 40 participants each.
The pitching clinic carries a cost of $50 while the other two are set at $60. Attendees who choose to participate in all three sessions will be charged $150.
