NEW ORLEANS - The United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association has announced its 2026 NCAA Division III All-Region teams. Max Van Huis represented the Trine University men's track and field team with a pair of selections. The Thunder have had at least one representative on the All-Great Lakes Region team since the awards inception in the 2015-16 season.
 
The top eight individuals and relays in each of the 10 regions earned all-region awards. The rankings are determined by the TFRRS descending order list and are compiled from the entirety of the indoor season. Trine is a part of the Great Lakes Region.
 
Van Huis earned All-Region status in the 5000- and 10,000-meter run. Van Huis' times of 14:45.69 and 30:46.12 ranked sixth and fourth in the region. Van Huis owns the program record in the 5000 meters and ranks fifth over 10,000 meters.
