ANGOLA, Ind. – For the second week in a row and the third time this season, Johnson-Kuhao Ho'okano-Pelekai has been selected as the Midwest Collegiate Volleyball League's Offensive Player of the Week. This is his fourth time earning MCVL Player of the Week honors in his career.
 
Ho'okano-Pelekai kept the Thunder atop the MCVL Standings with a pair of outstanding performances this weekend. Ho'okano-Pelekai nailed 27 kills in a pair of sweep victories while hitting .375. He added three aces and two blocks.
 
The Thunder can clinch a share of the MCVL Regular Season Title tomorrow evening with a win over Calvin University. The Thunder host the Knights inside Hershey Hall at 6:30 p.m.
