Women's Lacrosse Earns 5 All-MIAA Selections

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – The Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association has announced their 2025 women's lacrosse All-MIAA teams. Five Thunder lacrosse athletes have earned All-MIAA status and Izabelle Dominski was named Freshman of the Year. Brooke Hoag and Alyssa Keptner both earned first team honors.
 
Dominski earned Freshman of the Year and Second Team MIAA honors after scoring 34 goals, with 22 coming during conference play, the third most in the MIAA. Dominski recorded a hat trick in six consecutive games to open the MIAA schedule. She added 8 assists with 5 coming in MIAA contests, her 27 points were eighth best in the MIAA during conference action. Dominski made an immediate impact, recording her first career hat trick in just her second game.
 
Brooke Hoag captured her third consecutive All-MIAA award and now owns back-to-back first team selections. The senior tallied 39 goals and 52 points on the season, with 17 goals and 25 points coming in conference play. Hoag grabbed 17 ground balls and caused 10 turnovers. Her 39 goals ranked seventh in the conference and second on the team. Hoag led the team with 10 free position goals. Hoag's 94 career caused turnovers set the program record for a career.
 
Alyssa Keptner earned her second All-MIAA selection and first career first team honor. The fifth-year senior led the Thunder in goals, points, and draw controls. Keptner's 41 goals were the seventh most in the MIAA, her 22 conference goals were third best. Keptner was fifth in the MIAA with 72 draw controls and her 31 draw controls in MIAA games were the sixth most.
 
Evalyn Bellotti earned her second consecutive second team MIAA honor. She tallied four goals and an assist on the season, defensively she added 18 ground balls and caused 12 turnovers.
 
Elizabeth Larson was named to her first MIAA team, also notching second team honors. The junior scored 28 goals, picked up 34 ground balls and won 66 draw controls. She ranked sixth in the MIAA in draw controls over the season and her 41 draw controls in conference games ranked second.
 
Trine hosts Calvin at 4 p.m. in the MIAA Semifinals and are seeking their third MIAA Championship Game appearance in four years.
