HOLLAND, Mich. – The Trine University women's lacrosse team fell 21-5 to Hope College in this evening's Michigan Intercollegiate Athletic Association Championship Game.
Elizabeth Larson netted two goals for the Thunder. Trine finishes their season 11-5 (5-2 MIAA), Hope advances to the NCAA Tournament at 13-5 (7-0 MIAA).
Larson scored first for Trine cutting a 2-0 lead in half.

Avelyn McCall scored and Larson added her second as the two teams finished a high scoring first quarter with the Dutch leading 8-4.
Hope scored the next five goals before
Izabelle Dominski notched a goal before halftime. It was all Dutch in the second half, Hope scored eight unanswered second half goals to take the win 21-5.
Trine concludes their season with their third MIAA Championship appearance in the last four years.
