ANDERSON, Ind. – Three different Thunder athletes scored goals on Wednesday night to lead the Trine women's soccer team past Anderson (Ind.) 3-1 in a non-league contest. Trine improves to 4-2-2 with the win and Anderson falls to 3-3-2. The win marked career win number 50 for Head Coach

Trine wasted no time taking the lead, as
Bella Mabry sent home a goal in the 8
th minute with assists from
Abby Robison and
Julia Benham. Robinson came back with a goal of her own just four minutes later to put Trine ahead 2-0,
Teresa Ashbrook and
Lilly White assisted the second goal. The Ravens got on the board in the 31
st minute with a goal from Emily Metzger. The Thunder took a 2-1 lead into the intermission.
In the 66
th minute
Sophia Kelley extended the Thunder lead to 3-1 with an assist from
Ashlyn Swartz. Madison Kinneer was in goal for Trine, making three saves.
Trine returns to Weaver Field Saturday at 1:00 p.m. for their final non-conference match up with the Cardinals of Otterbein.
