ANGOLA, Ind. – Trine University Assistant Vice President for Athletics, Matt Land, has announced changes to his administrative team. Noah Warren and Connor Arthur will serve as new members of group while Brandi Dawson will take on additional role.

"Brandi, Noah and Connor have already all shown tremendous devotion to Trine Athletics. It says a lot about the culture here that we have three alumni in such important positions," said Land, "We are ready for the upcoming school year and the future sure looks bright."

Dawson has been an Assistant Athletic Director since June of 2021 and has been the senior woman administrator since August of 2022. She will now take on the role of compliance officer for the athletic department in addition to her other duties, taking over for Dan Callahan who retired in June of this year.

"I am honored to be following in Dan's footsteps and handle compliance for Trine. He leaves big shoes to fill," said Dawson, "I look forward to aiding in the continued growth and success of Trine Athletics as I strive to live up to his example."

Warren shifts to the administrative side of the department after serving as a coach for golf since 2017. He was named the head women's golf coach then and then became the men's head coach in July 2020. He will now serve as Assistant Athletic Director in charge of operations.

"It has been a great honor to serve the Thunder golf programs for the past seven years. I will truly miss both teams," said Warren, "That said, I know that the teams are in great hands, and I am ready to jump head first into my new role, where I plan to serve all of our athletics department with the same determination."

Arthur graduated from Trine in May and has been hired as the Assistant Athletic Director in charge of Fan Experience. When not playing as a standout wide receiver on the Thunder football team, Arthur was already making an impact in the athletic department as intern. This past year he was heavily involved with many of the aspects of his new position.

"I'm excited to continue supporting the excellence of Trine University Athletics, now as an alumnus," said Arthur, "I feel like I've been preparing for this role for the last year, and I am ready to make the final transition from student-athlete to employee."
