ALBION, MICH. -- The Trine women's soccer team were defeated by Albion College by the score of 3-0.

Freshman Kennedy Brough (Fort Wayne/Bishop Luers) led the Thunder with two shots on goal in the match. Albion played stout defense throughout the game holding the Thunder to just eight shots total on the evening.

On the other hand, senior Kristina Veljovic (Valparaiso/Valparaiso) was called upon to face 12 shots in goal. She ended the night with nine saves.

The Thunder will look to bounce back on Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 4:00 p.m. when they host Adrain College.
