Isaac Anderson

Isaac Anderson is in his third year as an assistant with the Trine men’s basketball program in the 2025-26 season.

Anderson helped the Thunder to their 2024 NCAA National Championship in his first year with the program. The Thunder had a miraculous run to the national title with a dramatic overtime win over Wisconsin-Platteville in overtime to advance to the Final Four. Trine then defeated #3 Trinity (Ct.) and #1 Hampden Sydney to claim the program's first national title. 

Anderson worked on staff at Lakeland University as a Graduate Assistant for two seasons from 2021-23. He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration at Lakeland University in Sheboygan Wisconsin.

He was a player at Lakeland from 2016-20. Anderson played in 69 games in his career and had his best season as a senior, when he started and averaged 8.8 points, 6.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.3 blocked shots per game. He shot 55.0% from the field that year, led the team in rebounding and blocks, and also was second on the squad in shooting percentage, assists and steals.

Anderson is a native of Linden, Wisconsin and Iowa-Grant High School.
