ANGOLA, Ind. – Newly named Trine University Athletic Director, Andy Rang, has announced changes to his administrative team for the upcoming year. Noah Warren, Connor Arthur and Nicholas Duffy remain with new responsibilities while Lauren Clausen joins as a new member.

"I could not feel better about the team we have assembled to lead Trine University Athletics," said Rang, "Noah, Connor and Nicholas have proven themselves as invaluable leaders at Trine and I have great confidence that Lauren will soon do the same. The future of Trine Athletics is in great hands."

Warren will now serve as the Associate Athletic Director for Operations and Facilities. Warren has been an administrator at Trine since 2024 after shifting from a coaching role with the men's and women's golf teams. He was the women's golf coach beginning in 2016 and the men's beginning in 2017.

"I am very excited to continue to work with Coach Rang in his new role and the other members of our athletic leadership," said Warren, "I appreciate the trust that both he and the Trine University administration have in me to support our athletic programs and I look forward to guiding our department further along its current positive course."

Arthur will now be the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Travel after leading fan experience efforts since 2024. A 2024 graduate of Trine, Arthur was a member of football team while also serving as a crucial intern for the athletic department.

"I want to thank Coach Rang for this new opportunity as a part of Thunder Athletics," said Arthur, "I am thrilled to be able to continue to support the success of our student-athletes and staff in this new role."

Clausen will replace Arthur as Assistant Athletic Director for Fan Experience. A 2025 graduate of Trine University, Clausen was a pitcher for the softball team during a stretch that included two NCAA Division III National Championships before serving as an assistant coach for last season's runner-up finish. Off the field she was an intern for the athletic department working closely with the last two leaders of fan experience.

"The environment at Trine University had a huge positive impact on my athletic career," said Clausen, "It is an honor to be trusted by my alma mater to pass on that impact to future student-athletes."

Duffy has been a part of the Trine University Sports Information Department since 2017 and has led the team since 2021. He now serves as the Senior Director of Sports Communication and Assistant Athletic Director, working alongside both the Trine University Marketing and Communications department and Thunder Athletics.

"Trine is a special place that is easy to promote to the rest of the world. I've been thankful for the opportunity to do so since day one," said Duffy, "Coach Rang has already led a seamless transition during our leadership change and now we are all looking forward to ushering in the future of Thunder Athletics."
