KANSAS CITY, Mo – The National Association of Basketball Coaches has announced their 2026 Team Academic Excellence and NABC Honors Court Awards. The Trine University men's basketball team had four members selected to the Honors Court while also claiming the team award. Teams with a GPA of 3.0 or higher are eligible for the award while juniors and seniors with cumulative GPAs of 3.2 or higher are eligible for the Honors Court.
 
The team earned the award for the sixth time and the fifth time in the last six seasons.
 
Eddie Millington and Trevon Rochester-Thomas were first time honorees, both men are juniors. Millington studies accounting and Rochester-Thomas studies management.
 
Seniors Nate Tucker and Logan McKenzie earned the award for the second season in a row. Both men graduated with degrees in finance in May.
