BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- Game two of the 2025 NCAA Division III Softball Championship Series has been postponed until tomorrow, Thursday, June 5. It is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. CT / 12 p.m. ET, with game three following if necessary.

Rain continues in Bloomington with more forecasted for this evening. The game originally scheduled for Wednesday, June 4 at 11 a.m. CT / 12 p.m. ET was initially delayed until 3 p.m. CT / 4 p.m. ET and then again to 6 p.m. CT / 7 p.m. ET, before being postponed until tomorrow.

The Trine University softball team is just one game away from capturing their second NCAA championship in three seasons. They took the first game of the best of three series by defeating Virginia Wesleyan University 8-1.
