SYLVANIA, Ohio – The Trine University women's wrestling team had four different members pick up victories, but the team came up short of their hosts from Lourdes University.

The first three matches of the day were uncontested, with Michelle Sanchez receiving a forfeit and with the Thunder ceding two matches to the Gray Wolves.

In the first contested match of the day, Michaela Dykes came up with an 8-0 decision over here opponent in the 123 match.

Madison Small came up with another victory in the 136 match. She won in a 4-2 decision.

The final victory of the night for the Trine came at 155, where Hailey Budney recorded a lightning quick pin over her opponent. That victory took just 17 seconds on the mat.

The Thunder fall to 1-2 in dual matches so far this season. They will continue their season when they travel to the Alma Open on Saturday, January 20.
