We have an orthopedic physician and several licensed and practicing trainers on staff to make sure that you will rehab and recover from any potential sports related injury.

In compliance with NCAA recommendations and University policy all athletes must undergo an athletic physical. Please print off and complete each of the following forms except for the Student Athlete Handbook.
Incoming freshmen and transfers should contact Head Athletic Trainer Jessica Sapp to receive their physical packet. All incoming freshmen and all student-athletes must have a physical on file with the athletic training staff.
